We have a great light show with a mirror ball and 80 colored light beams syncronized to the beat of the music. The Budget DJ has an oldies library with songs from the 50's,60's,70's,80's, 90's and 2000's. We also have karaoke! We subscribe to Prime Cuts music service for current hits. We use radio edits and clean edits to avoid profanity and inappropriate content.

I hired "The Budget DJ" for our ward Gold & Green Ball and was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and how organized they were. I couldn't believe all the songs that they had to choose from and how easy it was to find the songs that you loved in each of his request books. They are also very flexible on how the event is run.If you want to lead some of the activities, they are so helpful in letting you and giving you fun ideas.If you just want to hire a DJ to run all the activities, they will do that also and make the night really fun. All of the children and families that attended the event have requested that we do this annually. One of the women that came to the dance told me that her husband and herself had never danced together their whole 10 years of marriage. She told me that we made it so fun that he now wants to go out dancing with her. I also loved the disco ball and lights that add the finishing touch to any decorations that you may have for your dance or party. It is also so affordable. Even if you hired the most expensive DJ you could find to run your dance, I would be surprised if he was any better equipped or more professional then they are. I can't wait to hire them again for next year.

Our ward practically gave up on the "Gold & Green Ball" idea several years ago because we struggled so hard to get music and an environment that would entertain and involve the youth and the adults as well. We have rock, country, jazz and big band and all the most requested party favorites. Our music library has all the traditional songs required for weddings. We meet with you and customize your party's play list to your personal taste. Of course we take requests and make dedications.
